By posting, you grant Common Acres a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of operating and promoting the Site. You can delete your content at any time, which terminates that license for future use.

6. Third-party programs and links

Common Acres references federal and state programs (such as USDA, NRCS, FSA, SARE, and others) and links to outside resources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized to speak for any government agency or third party. Always confirm program details with the official source.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that grant matches, eligibility results, deadlines, amounts, or any other information on the Site are accurate, complete, or current, and we do not guarantee any grant award, tax benefit, or program outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMON ACRES AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
